At Golden Hour Gatherings, we thoughtfully prepare each event with great care and attention to detail. To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Should you need to cancel, we kindly request written notice at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations received with fewer than three days' notice will result in the forfeiture of both the deposit and the final balance.

If you wish to reschedule your event, a minimum of three (3) days' notice is required. Rescheduled picnics must take place within 60 days of the original event date.

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Your experience with Golden Hour Gatherings is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring it remains seamless and memorable.
